All deposits are deducted from the total of services. A $20 late fee is required if you are 10 minutes past your appt time. If you are 15 minutes late your appt will be canceled. Anything after 3 Bundles Will Be Additional $30 Dollars Per Bundle. NON-WORKING DAY APPOINTMENT FEE CHARGE FOR FOLLOWING DAYS ONLY (Sunday) will have an additional $100 mark up charge on top of the service fee Salon Policy: Cash only when paying the remaining balance, No Extra People allowed while being serviced.

If you bring extra people, you will be asked to leave and asked to rebook at later time. You will not get your deposit back nor will be able to use the deposit towards future appointments.

RESCHEDULE: IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT please do it within 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU FAIL TO GIVE A 24 HOUR NOTICE, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED AND YOU WILL HAVE TO BOOK A NEW APPOINIMENT WITH A NEW DEPOSIT.

AFTER 48 HOURS OF YOUR SERVICE, ANYTHING THAT NEEDS FIXING WILL BE CHARGED WHEN SCHEDULING. PLEASE BE MINDFUL THAT THE TIME YOU BOOK WILL BE THE TIME YOU GET PREPPED BEFORE STYLING (PREP WILL TAKE 1 HOUR). PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOUR IN A RUSH.

I TAKE MY TIME ON EACH CLIENT. BOOK 5 HOURS BEFORE OR THE DAY BEFORE IF YOU HAVE SOMEWHERE TO BE. ALL CLIENTS MUST COME FRESHLY WASH UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
